School Management/ Communication Managers should be able to keep track of the emails sent to parents through iSAMS. It would be very helpful if we can set a default CC or BCC in all Email Wizard emails (similar to the CPT feature).
Ideally, we should be able to configure this in a way where the defined Form Tutor/ HoY/ HoS, or another manually selected staff member is by default BCC-ed in all Email Wizard emails.
Alternatively, it can be an end-of-day report sent to selected staff members (similar to the Missed Registration Report logic) summarising the emails that were sent out to the parents on the day.
This can display: sender's name, filtered student's group (year group, teaching set, individual student, custom group, ..etc), filtered recipients (pupils/ contacts, selected Contact Types), email subject and text, attachments (if any).
