A the moment we can't CC or BCC anyone from outside the organisation in a bulk email (Reddm House) (via Student Manager). This is a problem as our Executive Head now has a new email address that isn't reddam.house, but raher inspirededu.com, but I do need him to be included on some important communication.
Could the ability to include non-organisation email addresses be built into the system somehow?
It already is, but you have to ask Support to add the alternative domains that will be required, see the Email Manager applet in Control Panel, under Outbound Configuration:
