Currently the Bulk Edit option in Registration Manager only allows you to Bulk Edit empty slots.
Can we please have the ability to overwrite all code, apart from those which have not been applied in Out of School.
We have Immersion students join us from time to time (30 at a time) and when they leave all their Registration codes need to be changed from Present to our IS (Immersions Students) code. The ability to use the Bulk Edit feature to do this would be very much appreciated.
We have had instances where we needed to change codes Y6 to Y3 and also S to C as errors had been made over a period of two weeks and we wanted to bulk edit but because the spaces weren't blank and iSams helpdesk told us you can only bulk edit blank boxes
It is already possible to enter the absence codes using the bulk edit feature - this option needs enabled in the Configuration > Registration Codes > Enable status option and this will allow that code to display in those tabs (as there may be some codes that your school do not use). We have future plans to include the registration present codes to this area in future.
