We would like to share the following feedback and feature requests regarding News Manager and the content management system:
Interface:
* The recent upgrade is appreciated.
Scheduling of posts:
* Ability to schedule posts for a specific date and time, including ICT timezone selection.
Formatting:
* Addition of a “clear formatting” button.
* Ability to select a transparent background instead of white or other colours.
* Some formatting appears to be lost upon publishing in News Manager (e.g. Arial Black typeface).
* Font size and line spacing in bulleted lists can differ from standard body text even when the same formatting is applied.
Preview:
* Ability to preview messages within News Manager before publishing.
* Ability to preview content in mobile, tablet, and desktop views for both News Manager and emails sent through Student Manager.
Analytics:
* Reporting functionality for open rates, timing of opens, and click rates.
Content blocks, buttons, and templates/wireframes:
* Drag-and-drop content blocks and buttons into templates/wireframes for easier content creation and layout management.
We would appreciate if these suggestions could be reviewed for future improvements and development planning.
