We have received parent feedback regarding on-screen/push notifications within the Parent Portal. Currently, tapping a notification does not always take users directly to the related communication and may require multiple additional login and navigation steps.
Could you please advise whether improvements to notification deep-linking and navigation are planned for future updates? Improving this workflow would help increase parent engagement with school communications.
