We have received feedback from parents regarding screen capture functionality within the Parent Portal. Currently, users are able to take screenshots while the portal is open.
Could you please advise whether screenshot prevention is currently supported, or whether there are any plans to introduce an option that would allow schools to disable screen captures within the platform/app?
We understand this functionality may vary depending on device and operating system limitations, but we would appreciate any clarification or future roadmap information you may be able to share.
