In the old App, if we had added links to an article, the call to action was a nice friendly button. In the new Parent Portal, the bookmarks load collapsed and it is not an immediate call to action to click on the word bookmarks to expand the list. We are getting quite a number of support calls to say that our newsletter (shared via a link) is not working, where actually the issue is that the parents have not expanded the bookmarks in order to see it. If the bookmarks could load expanded, that would help.
