We are trying to allow our parents flexibility with payment options, and paying online by card is one. However, the Iris payment system doesn't allow payments over £4,999.99 for fees. As the vast majority of school fees exceed this amount, the payments through iSAM Parent Portal don't add any benefit to most parents because they could pay us by BACs before. Can we increase the balance allowed to provide genuine options when it comes to paying through the portal.
