I would like to suggest an improvement for the Admission Module workflow.
Currently, when an applicant is moved to “Current Pupil”, there is no verification or approval process before the student profile is posted to Pupil Manager. Staff who are granted access to the Admission profile are able to use the “Move to Current Pupils” function without additional security control or approval.
As a result, the process depends entirely on the first staff member entering the data into the Admission Module, without any secondary checking or validation.
In other systems such as Engage, there is a workflow feature that routes the application to the next approval level before posting the student profile to Pupil Manager. This helps ensure data accuracy, reduces the risk of incorrect information being submitted, and provides better control, accountability, and audit tracking.
Implementing a similar verification and approval workflow in the Admission Module would be very helpful, especially as part of the audit and internal control process.
