Currently, when a student changes divisions within school, that removes the ability for parents to be able to view the attendance marks for their child on the parent portal from prior to the division change. We think Parents should be able to see the past attendance marks for their child on parent portal regardless of which division the child is now in as the divisions are a tool for the school rather than the child / parent.
It would also be beneficial if these past attendance marks were visible to staff in the Registration module so that they were able to amend any past marks regardless of the division the registration was taken in. At the moment we have to move the students' division, make the change and then move the student to their correct division again. This has to be done outside of normal school working hours to avoid affecting current registrations.
