Currently there are no fields that you can use in Letter Templates to pull out medical information on a pupil. So when we are sending home a letter of consent we have to ask the parents to complete all the medical information from scratch rather than just reviewing what we already have on the system. There used to be fields that pulled this information out, but they have been into 'legacy' fields and are no longer available. Please reinstate them or make new ones.
