We had a teacher that was sick for a while and covered their lessons for several weeks.
Recently, we employed a new teacher, who is taking over that teacher's classes.
When we assigned this new teacher to the sets, the cover records for the previous teacher vanished entirely. This way we're no longer able to see who covered classes for the 'old' teacher, as they are no longer choosable when running a report on cover.
Also, the previous year's cover arrangements vanish when we rollover the academic year.
Can you adjust cover manager so that historical cover arrangements are maintained and previous records are not overwritten.
