Manage Seating Plans - output templates default setting 'Letter'

The seating plans run to Word/Excel/pdf but for all formats the default setting is 'Letter' and prints outside the margins of A4. It would be really helpful if the default setting could be 'A4' and it would avoid having to change the print settings every time.

Export In-Built Reports to A4 format.

When reports are exported from iSAMS, the format comes through as the "Letter" format not the UK standard of A4 size. It would be useful to have in-built reports exported to A4 format as default or the option given to export to A4 format.
