Requested improvement:
We would need an efficient way to automatically produce and send students their exam results in a way that displays the student name and the school name.
Why do we need this?
As soon as children get their results they have only a few hours to send proof of results to their prospective 6th form colleges so that they can accept the offers. 6th Form colleges request that the proof of results list the student name and the school.
Why the current setup is problematic:
- Publishing the results to the student portal does not help because this does not display the student's name on the same screen. A screenshot of this is not useful for 6th Form Colleges.
- We can save individual candidates' results as PDFs from Exams Manager but this cannot be sent in bulk to students, only by individual messages/emails. This is too time consuming (and also does not contain the name of the school).
