Arrangement improvements

The arrangements options is limited to what JCQ prescribes but some schools make their own basedata for other exam boards like the IB so more flexibility to the arrangements would be useful:
- adding spell checker as an arrangement
- ability to only give extra time or arrangements to certain exams rather than all (not all subjects will allow dictionaries for example, such as language exams). The ability to modify the extra time is important as timetables currently produced with iSAMS are incorrect when a student only receives extra time when handwriting an exam.

In general, the ability to modify arrangements by centres and have all the categories that they feel they need to highlight rather than limit itself to JCQ categories is important.
