It would be useful in the seating plan wizard Step 2 to be able to deselect all candidates and also to be able to sort by extra/access arrangement. Then all typists could easily be found for allocating to a different room for example. Rather than having to scroll through 186 students deselecting to leave a few typists remaining!
We are currently in the process of rewriting our Access Arrangements functionality this should resolve this issue for you.
