At the moment we have to manually amend the account details for all leavers when refunding their security deposit.This is time consuming when we know that all Upper sixth form are leaving by default.
A system that enabled us to automatically refund on the last bill would be extremely helpful and indeed I note there is an option when adding a new deposit to specify how/when it should be returned, but this doesn't appear to work at the moment.
