Option not to show SEN flags if Pupils are now "off register"

If the "SEN" characteristic is included in the gradebooks, it currently still shows a SEN flag for all pupils who have historically been on the SEN register - even when pupils have been moved "Off register" in the new "Pupil registers" module. It would be ideal if a SEN flag only appears next to pupils names (in the gradebook) if they are still "On Register". Any pupils now "Off Register" should have their SEN flag hidden from the SEN characteristic in gradebooks. Otherwise, for the SEN characteristic to be useful, it requires us to go into each "off register" record and remove the SEN need.
