Is there a way for our teachers to have access to the Select a User dropdown option…without having Full Access to the Module????
The Select a User option is very useful for Head of Departments, who need access to Gradebooks for sets within their Department or other teachers within the same Department helping out a colleage.
When allocating teachers to the Gradebook – it is only the Primary Teacher for that Set that is allocated.
If I give Teachers Full Access they have access to the Configuration tab – and can therefore amend their own settings, which I am sure no school would want.
Could the Select a User maybe appear if a user has write or modify access? This would save me going into individual Gradebooks and adding the Head of Department manually, every year.
As part of the ongoing Curriculum Manager development, when gradebooks are allocated via CM, we are going to give users the option to allocate additional users via year group and subject to Gradebooks via CM.
