As Assessment Manager it is essential to be able to bulk lock gradebooks to restrict entry or changes to previously entered data. I can see upwards of 300 markbooks; the ability to do bulk lock them in a similar way to bulk archive or map is imperative.
Due to the absence of a filter as there is in markbooks, each subject has to have set gradebooks, and there is no ability to restrict data entry, so I will need to lock access to ensure data isn't altered after a deadline to make sure our data record is accurate across the board.
This will be addressed with the release of Curriculum manager next month.
Gradebook users / Teachers will be assigned a gradebook via CM and they will only be able to add columns to the template and be unable to amend templated columns
I will be delivering a webinar to announce the release of this module and review the pathway for schools to configure CM in prepration of the next school year.

Shawn. An easy add on feature for this would be making it possible for to lock the master gradebooks which will in turn lock the teacher gradebooks. Allowing only certain permission levels to also unlock it of course.
