It would be very useful if we could configure automated notifications to go to certain staff members (i.e., matrons and housemasters/mistresses) when a medical entry is logged in the diary re a pupil belonging to their Academic House.
Perhaps an email or instant message in app would be best.

It would also be helpful if parents could be notified by email/sms/parent portal for certain visit types eg. head injury - currently a paper note is provided to parents/pupils to take home advising them of certain injury types.
Would be helpful for our and parent records to automate the process.
