The External Exam Manager module does not allow you to upload exam access arrangements in bulk (only individually as demonstrated in the screenshot attached). It is possible there will be more than one candidate with access arrangements and so a bulk upload or bulk edit feature would help with the efficient administration of this type of information in iSAMS.
