With the recent change in iCommunity, the link that we used to have on the drop down menu has gone.
Support have advised me to put the request to reinstate the link here. (Ticket 838951)
Given the changes to iCommunity are part of a drive to increase its usefulness to both schools and to iSAMS as a method of communication, making it easier to find would be beneficial.

Not quite the same, but as an alternative, since the iCommunity dashboard page was disabled, isams have re-enabled the iCommunity Links dashboard widget with the ability to be displayed on the Overview page of the dashboard instead. Go to Control Panel > Dashboard Profiles > Manage In-built Widgets and set the iCommunity Links widget to active. It should then display on your Overview dashboard when you next reload iSAMS or when you next log out and back into iSAMS with all of the links. Note that enabling this widget means that it will be active for all users across isams.
