The staff permissions for Parent Portal are effectively a basic on and off.
We've developed a report in iSAMS to do IHCPs, but the medical staff cannot upload them to parents which is adding a delay into the process.
Similarly, the school offices cannot upload documents for parents.
Please could we have granular permissions so that we can give staff access to specific features within the portal management.
It's probably worth similar consideration being given to the student portal.
