We would like to be able to schedule the release of reports to parents via the Parent Portal.
This could be because:
There are a number we want to go out simultaneously
We want them to go out at a time after the school day
We want them to go out at a time staff are otherwise occupied
We would like to be able to cue them up at a convenient time in the day for use, rather than being tied to doing it at a specific time of day, and working through all the report cycles in quick succession.
When using the "Create a Run" button in the Report Printing module, could we be able to set a day/time that this will run?
Alternatively, could we create the runs in advance, but then have a mechanism for making them visible to parents on the Cloud Parent Portal at a specified time?
We've been able to do this for years via SchoolPost/Firefly, but can't see how to do this via the new iSAMS Cloud Parent Portal.
