When making changes, updating, problem solving, checking the correct data is showing, check the reports have run correctly and showing correctly, testing electronic forms etc. you need to be able to log in as a parent or pupil to check everything is as it should be. This used to be such a helpful feature that no longer exists. As an Administrator you have access to all the information that can pull through to the Portal, so why are we being told this now a security risk? It really needs to be a feature just for Administrators who do the back ground work.
