The order of contacts in a pupil's record in Student Manager does not seem to be replicated when using the Wizard Bar>Student Manager>Quick View Details. This does cause some confusion for staff when needing to get in touch with appropriate contacts.
This has just happened here with a member of staff calling the wrong contact. Staff have been told to look for the tick as the primary contact but it would be helpful if the contacts followed the same order as they do in pupil manager.
