In the Reward and Conduct Manager, a few changes are required.
1. In the Reward Description, allow for templated statements so that it is easier to manage the entries and make them consistent.
2. Allow for create paragraph within the Reward Description so that it appears structured and easy to read.
3. In the Manage Records summary, allow to view, show form and include column information Form, Grade Level and Tutor.
