Examples:

“Create a gradebook from the XXXXX template for all Year X sets.”
“Replace Teacher X with Teacher Y in the timetable A.”
These are repetitive, click-heavy processes that consume valuable staff time and are prone to human error. An AI assistant could execute these tasks in seconds, with a confirmation step and full audit trail for security.
This would modernise iSAMS, significantly improve efficiency, and allow staff to focus on supporting students rather than navigating workflows.
