Calendar - return to date for date the event was added for.

When a calendar item is added and saved on either the staff or website calendar, the page defaults back to the current date on the calendar (today). It would be helpful and reassuring for the screen to default to the date that the calendar item was just added for. i.e. if I added an item on 16th May 2026, we would like the 16th May 2026 to be the date the screen defaults back to. This would allow us to check the item has been added correctly. Currently, we have to scroll through the calendar to check it has saved correctly which is time consuming, especially when we are adding the full year of events, as we do each Summer Term for the following Academic Year.
