Approval system on parent messages

Currently every member of staff with the permissions enabled on School Spider can send a message to parents/carers. There are three admin members of staff with the permissions enabled, alongside SLT. I would like the functionality to add the requirement for messages sent by certain staff to be approved by a certain number of staff set up as an approver before sending. I appreciate there is the drafts function, but due to the 'auto save' this area often has a significant amount of messages in it. I would envisiage that messages sent by one of the members of staff with the requirement for approval to come through to an area on an approvers school spider to read and release.

This would help us to eliminate the inevitable human errors like spelling mistakes, formatting issues or links not being added. This would be particularly important for new members of staff while they are learning the system. We have had messages sent without links, duplicate messages sent, spelling mistakes etc. This would help to eliminate this.
