Your DMARC record is incorrectly configured and non-compliant with standard RFC 7489.
We're reporting that mails sent from the domain schoolspideremails.co.uk, predominantly user registration and password reset emails, are likely to be rejected.
The impact of this misconfiguration will likely result in emails not being received by most of your users.
The reason this is a problem is because DMARC records are used to determine the outcome of emails that are not authorised to send emails with the domain schoolspideremails.co.uk. When the receiving email server checks DMARC there's 2 different policies it causes and error and failsafe to reject the mail - I believe this is the default behaviour of most freemail services like gmail and yahoo - Not just the University of Manchester.
Your internal IT/developer teams need to review the TXT records on DNS provider for schoolspideremails.co.uk and remove the unintended DMARC record.
