It would be useful for all tax free childcare money to be uploaded into a single pot so that parents would not end up with small bits of money that they couldn't use. They could then also select all the different types of clubs and book them with their TFC payments rather than needing to add different clubs separately to use their TFC vouchers.
The parents could still upload the vouchers in the same way for approval but then the money could be added to a TFC balance, much like the normal credit balance, that could be used by them to pay for clubs. If we could also access this from the admin side to charge for clubs from this balance, that would be even better. It would save parents having to be invoiced, just to add a voucher to the invoice to "pay" for the club, when in reality they have already paid.
