Add all the remains of vouchers up to one balance so parents can use and not build up small amounts that they can't purchase anything outright with.

We have parents complaining that they can only use any small amounts left on a voucher to a single transaction which they they have to pay the leftover balance. They don't wish to pay any leftover balance. They wish all their remaining small vouchers to be added together or to be able to apply more than one voucher to a transaction.

We have had to come up with our own temporary workaround to this to keep some parents happy but it is causing additional administration.

Please can this be looked at as a matter of urgency.
