Kernow Learning Trust (and many other schools) have taken the decision to create 2 registers for their breakfast club, and 2 for their after school club.
Since they don't want ALL parents to have access to the debt threshold necessary for childcare voucher parents, they have to create an Instant Pay register for those who pay for their sessions, and a Pre-Pay register for those who don't.
Issue:
If the club is limited to 30 spaces, and there are 150 students on the instant pay, and 15 on the pre-pay, then the club can be oversubscribed because there is no control over the number of attendees across the registers.
Could we set debt threshold per-person, maybe if we were setting up an instant pay register, a toggle or placement in a price band which allows those students specifically to use the debt threshold?
