Could a feature be added where files can be sorted into alphabetical order without the need to physically move each file into alphabetical order

Please add in fields to capture Next of Kin address as this information is needed - especially in the case of death in service - to pass onto pensions. To avoid delays in payment of death in service benefits we need this information to be captured.
