It would be useful if we would be able to add a document in Training for all staff to be able to download, sign and then add to their training records. Then allow us to run a report of staff who have not completed this.

Would be good to be able to enter the training due date (deadline) not due within days/weeks.

it would be useful for expired courses i.e. KCSIE 2024 could be deleted from the central course library, regardless of staff completing the course.

Would be very helpful to be able to see if a certificate has been attached against staff members name on the completed training tab.

It would be so much easier to have the system set up where you had one page for each user that you could add courses to and change anything to do with start dates etc , also take reports from without having a seperate page for every action. For ex...

To show what courses are mandatory, who is outstanding for completion, what courses are due to expire etc - a clear overview of training in the same way that we can quickly see school complaince with documents.

Please can Role detail to be added to outstanding training report. Currently it just gives employee name and line manager which makes chasing up painfully difficult

Why isn't there an easy way to run a report on who "hasn't" done certain training? Out of our 300 odd staff I want to know if anyone hasnt done Prevent training - how can I do that?
