Performance

It would be useful to have more than one appraisal cycle running at once. This would allow the old records to be viewed and closed properly without starting all over again with a new record in the new cycle. Either that or records can overlap.

If I was moving to a new employer it would be nice to be able to show them my review so the ability to save it or view it as a whole for printing would be great. Screenshots are not appropriate as you have to scroll through the comments to read th...
