Currently when a form is sent the parents are sent an email which begins: Dear (surname). This looks quite unprofessional and we would like to either change it to include the salutation first or change it to parent/carer.

When creating a form that will be used across more than one school, Prince Regent Street Trust would find it really useful to be able to share that form with other sites instead of having to create multiple forms for each school.

Hiding or blocking access to Report Wizard for certain staff members/teachers after a certain date.

As a school we use forms all the time, however we cannot schedule them and parents complain that they missed out on opportunities because it was during their work hours (which is also our work hours) - scheduling forms would help this issue!!

When downloading the report template excel spreadsheet, it does not include the students' preferred names. This makes it extremely tough for teachers to fill in the students' reports as they do not know whose reports they are filling in!

It would be useful to have the facility in reports wizard to 'gender check' for pronoun accuracy and to have a 'name check' that flags incorrect spellings of first/preferred names after a reporting deadline has passed.
