Statement Bank which has a department wise option rather than being shared with the whole school.

It would be helpful if teachers could specify who they are sharing comments with (e.g. other teachers in their year group/department), or alternatively, if shared statements could be filtered by subject and year group.

Could there be an option for reports being a voice note?

Could there be an option for reports being a voice note? We are looking for ways to make our reporting processes more efficient. This would potentially save on proof reading time and add a different kind of personal touch.

Ability to sort the huge statement bank list - i.e. by subject or by report section (e.g. general, progress, quality of work etc.)

Categorize(group) the comments/statements

Categorize(group) the comments/statements in the Statement bank as well as defining access rights to users for each category.
