Cover function

Ability to cover a teacher who is scheduled to teach and has to cover someone else's lesson so that their lesson can then be covered although they are not absent from school.

Suspend Timetable for part days

We often have events which need the Timetable to be suspended for part of a day, e.g. One year group for the afternoon. We can then use 'spare' teachers to cover lessons.

Room Cover to include meetings scheduled to the room
