Please add in fields to capture Next of Kin address as this information is needed - especially in the case of death in service - to pass onto pensions. To avoid delays in payment of death in service benefits we need this information to be captured.

On the form that staff have to complete to earn toil it incorrectly states complete the first day of absence and the last day of absence. They are not absent but working additional hours to earn TOIL. Please can the wording be corrected.
