Preferred Name to be used for absence requests

When the absence requests go through the process could the 'Preferred Name' be included - if they have one, this would be for staff who have changed their names but still want to be known as their previous name in School.

Change the wording used in the email generated when a form is sent so it does not read Dear (surname)

Currently when a form is sent the parents are sent an email which begins: Dear (surname). This looks quite unprofessional and we would like to either change it to include the salutation first or change it to parent/carer.

When adding a new employee, within the Job Information page, can the Property Arrival Date be automatically populated from the Start Date, as these are usually the same. (I don’t know if this has changed recently, however, I know in the past when adding an employee who is due to start on a future date, the system didn’t allow you to enter a property arrival date at that point, so then it’s a case of having to remember to go back and enter a date in the property arrival field, as that does come up as a WFC error.)

Create one form to use across multiple sites instead of creating one for each site.

When creating a form that will be used across more than one school, Prince Regent Street Trust would find it really useful to be able to share that form with other sites instead of having to create multiple forms for each school.

I would be useful that when staff leave and are archived that they can be automatically removed from the user groups they were allocated to.

Bank details

Can the bank details for an employee be moved to their personal information rather than the salary information? would save time with staff who have more than one role in the property.

Schedule Forms

As a school we use forms all the time, however we cannot schedule them and parents complain that they missed out on opportunities because it was during their work hours (which is also our work hours) - scheduling forms would help this issue!!

Moving employees from one property to another

The option to copy an employee who has moved to another property within the Trust. I understand old records need to remain for Workforce census, but moving them or copying them would be helpful.
