As well as allowing attachments (voted for in a previous suggestion) also allow hyperlinks within the body of emails sent via the Parent Portal.

I would like to give some users the ability to create their own reports in Designer but not also to have the rights of an administrator, so not able to edit/delete someone else's report or change any other system settings. Or add/delete users etc.

As the vast majority of staff do not have access into the HR Manager module, it would be really useful to have the Job Title / Role field added to this as the Department is in there.

Please can we have a warning when our session is about to timeout, providing the ability to be able to stay logged in (like Biostore). It's frustrating for schools to be actively using the system, for it to suddenly time out.

Currently all pending leaves appears with Parent name on registration manager- >leave request -> pending leave request. It's get difficult for Teachers to open each of them and look for student name there. Please help?

Please make staff photos available from EveryHR into Iris Central. This would allow drill down reports to show photos, or the creation of staff photo reports (which is also not currently possible in Every HR)

Highlight documents with mismatched dates and periods in a sub-section or 2nd page, so users can quickly identify discrepancies causing differences between the creditors report and the trial balance.

Introduce a search function directly within the bank reconciliation page, so users can search/filter by value, description, or date, not just sort by them.
