The rendering of date field type needs modernising to a proper calendar selector and its value should default to the current date.

A number of our sets are taught by multiple teachers but when we try to email the students teachers only the primary teacher appears in the list.It would be great if all of the teachers who teach that set are included in the email process.

We need an option for a non-gender specific gender identity which refers to a pupil as they/them etc instead of he/she. We already have one such pupil in our school and I know that we are likely to have more in the future.
