Email Wizard - list of from options

When sending an email through Student Manager and the email wizard it would be nice to have a dropdown list in the sender options so that the staff member could be selected rather than having to type it in.

Add Job Title to Wizard Bar > Human Resources Manager > Quick View Details

As the vast majority of staff do not have access into the HR Manager module, it would be really useful to have the Job Title / Role field added to this as the Department is in there.

Gender neutral

Are there any plans to add Gender Neutral to the system. We have quite a few students who prefer not to be noted as Male or Female

Identifying Establishment Number of School when creating CTF

When creating a CTF if more than one School is listed with the same name it would be helpful if the DFE numbers appeared so the correct school could be selected

Audit trail for Out of School entries

We would want this as an on-going function, always available to see, not a one-off. The reason is down to the timetabling for Music lessons. Currently, we are using Involve (Practice Pal) which can not sync these items meaning children are missing...

Audit trail by staff member

It would be useful to be able to see what entries/changes a member of staff has made to the Student Manager module.

Photo / image stored against each student contact (optional)

We should be able to upload a photo against each contact in the same way that we can against staff and students. These should be available via the API and other reports.

When Late is clicked it shows the time the button was clicked

Currently when the Late button is clicked is shows the time the lesson started and not the current. It would be useful if it could show the time the late button was clicked.
