View and export lists of documents

With all the updated visa requirements, it would be very useful to be able to view and export a list of the documents that are linked to a child's record. This would help identify where the gaps are without having to go into each record.

Hide custom fields

It will be useful to simply hide a custom field instead of having to delete it. I assume by hiding we'll be able to maintain the historical data and also reactivate it if the need arises.
