A better way for employees to request training from a list of available courses either online or offline for this to go through an approval process, with an approval process to be signed off once the course has been completed.
Please could we have the SEN need types added to Central as well as the overall level/provision? Our SENCOs really need to report on this additional level of detail. I'm referring to the Requirements table in the Requirements section of each pupil...
It would be a good if employee working patterns were visible in the directory. This would allow staff to quickly check who is scheduled to be in on a given day, if they have the right permissions.
Can data from 3rd Parties be included with the iSAMS data e.g. SOCS, Evolve. Could this also include our own data e.g. CEM data (MidYIS/ALIS), other predictions
Show/Import the Exam Calendar in Calendar Manager?
It would be useful to be able to import and display the 'Exam Full Cycle Timetable' or the 'Exam Cycle Calendar' (from Exam Manager) into the iSAMS Calendar Manager.
Email reminders regarding outstanding training are sent at 3am. I have asked if this can be changed as this is not ideal. I have been told that this is not something that can be changed and to submit a feature request. Please can this be amended.
Additional fields for the criteria of entitlement groups would be a useful feature, for example all those on a fixed term contract or who have a particular amount of working weeks in their record.
Please could the layout of the Calendar Manager be changed to make it more user friendly? It looks very clunky and at a glance is very hard to navigate. Please could there be the option to change the layout to look like a more traditional calendar...
