COVID is no longer part of the absence procedures as per school and government guidance. By having COVID as an absence option, it is creating a mixed message for the parent and pupil body.

As we can upload personalised Student files to the document section of the Parent Portal if we identify each file naming them with the school code, it would be great to do the same when emailing parents, attaching a personalised file to each email.

Could users (both teachers and parents) be given the option to test out their camera and speaker prior to the parents evening session starting? Other systems do this and it would stop time being wasted within the appointment due to a user not havi...
