We would look to anonymise admissions data for pupils who chose not to join us some time ago, so that we can retain the generic statistical information for future analysis whilst being GDPR compliant.

Withdrawal notes field can be added to leaver tab, under former on pupil manager. So that when we search the formal students we can view the withdrawal notes.

To be able to see an audit log of which user has deleted things out of modules. E.g. Which user deleted the event / visit in Admissions Module.

The ‘Leaving Year group’ field should be available in the Student Manager – Alumni API. We need this to be able to perform an historical calculation of which year group a student was in at a specific date, working backwards from their leaving year...

Current batch passes lessons, meetings and tutorials for teachers. The full selection including availability would be very useful to see on 3rd party teacher timetables.

It would be useful if the audit trail started with the date that a prospective student record was added to the system, currently the first record in the audit is whenever a field is updated, not when the record was created.

Would be great if there was the option for external exams component results to be accessed by other Providers using the Batch API. Thanks.
